People's Daily Online, Beijing, December 26 (Reporter Xu Weina) - As China's food safety supervision accelerates into a new stage of intelligence and precision, various regions are actively exploring the new model of "Internet plus supervision". According to reports, Tianjin successfully completed the docking work between the first batch of "Internet plus AI supervision" pilot enterprises and the smart supervision platform of the State Administration for Market Regulation and Tianjin Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Commission at the end of October.
It is understood that relying on AI intelligent recognition, IoT sensing, and big data analysis technology, regulatory authorities can achieve early detection, early warning, and early disposal of risk points in enterprise production, greatly improving the precision and efficiency of supervision. At the same time, this progress also clearly reflects that some enterprises are actively stepping out of traditional regulatory response thinking and actively adapting to the new regulatory norm of transparency and digitalization.
Taking Sunhope as an example, as one of the first pilot enterprises, it has completed system integration as required, enabling real-time uploading of data from key production links. Industry insiders believe that this means that the production behavior of enterprises has been brought into the dynamic vision of regulatory authorities for the first time in a structured and visualized manner.
"The application of regulatory technology has driven the improvement of internal control levels in enterprises," analyzed the quality leader of Sunhope. "Through real-time data collection and intelligent early warning, we can shift from passive rectification to active prevention and control, more efficiently identifying and managing potential risks in the production process." The leader stated that compliance is no longer a passive response for enterprises, but rather a core management capability that needs to be actively built.
"The core of technological innovation is to serve people," said Chen Minjun, Chairman of Sunhope Group. The company will continue to explore the application of cutting-edge technologies in health product development, quality management, and user services, promoting more effective transformation of technology into consumer-perceived value.
Experts indicate that the intelligentization of food safety supervision has become a major trend in industry development. As more pilot enterprises complete platform integration, various regions will gradually establish a comprehensive and multi-tiered smart food safety supervision network, laying a solid technical foundation for ensuring the safety of people's dining tables.
