SUNHOPE also launches signature product lines such as the “TBS Mobile Beauty Salon” series, creating a new concept in fashionable beauty care and enabling users to experience a more beautiful life.

SUNHOPE offers systematic, rigorous, scientific, and professional training programs for distributor partners, setting industry benchmarks. Additionally, it provides a structured, ongoing, effective, and standardized business development guidance system backed by strong management support.

SUNHOPE implements a scientifically structured market framework, optimizes market resource allocation, monitors normal market operations, safeguards the rights of affiliated distributors, and prevents unfair competitive practices.

[Preferential Policies and Incentive Rewards]

Distributors enjoy various preferential policies, including purchase discounts. High-performing distributors are further rewarded with overseas travel opportunities and other special incentives.


(Ⅰ) SUNHOPE Members:

The term “SUNHOPE Member” collectively refers to all individuals who have obtained SUNHOPE membership through any approved application method, including: Preferred Customers, Marketing Representatives, Exclusive Distributors, and Regional Distributors.

Any individual who has a good understanding of SUNHOPE products, is at least 18 years old, possesses full civil capacity (i.e., is neither legally incapacitated nor partially incapacitated), and is not a government official, active-duty military personnel, full-time student, teacher, medical professional, foreign national, current full-time employee of SUNHOPE, non-Chinese citizen, or otherwise prohibited by Chinese laws or administrative regulations from engaging in part-time business activities may apply to become a SUNHOPE Member. Additionally, applicants must abide by laws and regulations, have no criminal record, and must not be affiliated with any illegal organizations banned under Chinese laws, regulations, or policies.

SUNHOPE does not require the purchase of SUNHOPE products or other services as a condition for applying for or maintaining SUNHOPE membership. After joining, members will not be compelled to purchase any specified amount or quantity of products, publications, supplementary sales materials, audiovisual materials, or services.


(Ⅱ) Preferred Customers:

SUNHOPE welcomes individuals from all walks of life to purchase and use SUNHOPE products. Preferred Customers receive a 10%–25% discount on their monthly net purchases. Any individual who meets SUNHOPE’s membership eligibility requirements may apply to become a Preferred Customer. Applicants must submit copies or photos of valid personal identification documents and bank account information to a SUNHOPE salon store or directly to SUNHOPE, complete the application process, and sign the “SUNHOPE Preferred Customer Application Form” and related documents. Upon approval and issuance of a SUNHOPE membership number, the applicant officially becomes a Preferred Customer. Preferred Customers are end-users of SUNHOPE products; they are not authorized to sell SUNHOPE products and are not entitled to any form of sales-based compensation.

 

(Ⅲ) Marketing Representatives:

Marketing Representatives are individuals who, after completing SUNHOPE’s relevant training and passing required assessments, obtain a “Direct Selling Representative Certificate” and directly sell SUNHOPE products to consumers outside fixed business premises in regions where SUNHOPE holds a direct selling license. For specific application requirements, procedures, and other details, please refer to SUNHOPE’s official website at http://www.sunhope.net.cn/ .

 

Application Requirements:

Applicants must have a solid understanding of SUNHOPE products, be at least 18 years old, and meet all relevant legal requirements and SUNHOPE’s eligibility criteria for Marketing Representatives. They must not be government officials, active-duty military personnel, full-time students, teachers, medical professionals, foreign nationals, individuals lacking or partially lacking civil capacity, current full-time employees of SUNHOPE, or others prohibited by law or administrative regulations from engaging in part-time business. Applicants must also comply with laws and regulations, have no criminal record, not belong to any cult or illegal organization banned by the Chinese government, and guarantee that all submitted information is truthful and accurate.


Application Procedure:

Eligible applicants must personally sign the “Marketing Representative Sales Contract,” then submit it along with copies of their identity documents and bank account information to SUNHOPE. Upon successful completion of SUNHOPE’s training program and passing the assessment, applicants will be issued a “Direct Selling Representative Certificate” and assigned a SUNHOPE Marketing Representative ID number, thereby becoming an official SUNHOPE Marketing Representative.

SUNHOPE Marketing Representatives will not be required to purchase any mandatory quantity or value of products, publications, supplementary sales materials, or services.

Marketing Representatives may only sell products to end consumers and are not entitled to any form of team-based compensation.


Term and Renewal of Marketing Representative Status:

(1) The validity period of Marketing Representative status begins in the month the “Direct Selling Representative Certificate” is issued and expires on the last day of the twelfth month thereafter.

(2) Marketing Representatives must submit renewal documentation to SUNHOPE before the expiration date to apply for continuation of their status.

(3) If a Marketing Representative fails to complete the renewal process before the expiration date, or if SUNHOPE declines the renewal application (including late submissions), their Marketing Representative status will automatically expire upon the original expiry date.

(4) If a Marketing Representative engages in illegal conduct or violates the “SUNHOPE Code of Conduct” or other SUNHOPE regulations during the validity period—thereby harming SUNHOPE’s interests—SUNHOPE reserves the right to reject the renewal application and unilaterally revoke the representative’s status without prior notice.


(Ⅳ) Exclusive Distributors:

Exclusive Distributors are independent business operators who enter into a “SUNHOPE Exclusive Distributor Agreement” with SUNHOPE and provide product promotion, consultation, and related services to consumers.

Application Requirements for Exclusive Distributors:

2.1 Applicants must hold a valid business license registered as a “Limited Liability Company,” “Sole Proprietorship,” or “Individual Business Household.”

2.2 The business scope listed on the license must include: sales of food, health food, cosmetics, small household appliances, and consulting services.

2.3 The registered business name must not contain the words “尚赫” “SUNHOPE” or any phonetic variations thereof.

2.4 The applicant must be the legal representative named on the business license (or the operator, in the case of an Individual Business Household).

2.5 The applicant must have a fixed place of business.

2.6 The business license submitted to SUNHOPE must be genuine and valid; SUNHOPE will conduct qualification verification.


(Ⅴ) Regional Distributors:

Regional Distributors are independent business operators who sign a “Regional Distributor Agreement” with SUNHOPE, are authorized by SUNHOPE, and operate within designated locations to provide consumer consultation, product promotion and sales, after-sales service, and other business activities in accordance with SUNHOPE’s unified management standards.

Application requirements, procedures, and operational guidelines for Regional Distributors shall be governed by the “Regional Distributor Operating Regulations.”

For matters not explicitly addressed herein, SUNHOPE’s relevant management policies shall apply.

I. Ordering

1. SUNHOPE encourages early ordering at the beginning of each month. All orders will be recorded as consumption for the month in which the order form is received by SUNHOPE (the settlement date applies).

2. Ordering Methods:

o 2.1 Store Purchase: SUNHOPE and regional distributors ("salon stores") support direct payment purchases, requiring the submission of a specific code to differentiate between personal consumption, agency sales, and product distribution.

o 2.2 Bank Transfer Order: If choosing bank transfer for ordering, payments can be made through bank transfers with the transfer fees borne by the payer. Upon receiving copies/photos of the bank  deposit receipt and the "Order Form", SUNHOPE will verify with the bank. Once confirmed, the deposit receipt will serve as proof of payment, and goods will be packed and shipped according to the designated shipping method.


II. Shipping Information

SUNHOPE can arrange shipments to specified cities within China, with related shipping services completed by designated carriers commissioned by SUNHOPE.

1. Shipping Method: Express (commissioned carrier by SUNHOPE)

2. Shipping Fees: Direct shipping to Preferred Customers, Marketing Representatives, Exclusive Distributors, and Regional Distributors. However, if Preferred Customers, Marketing Representatives, or Exclusive Distributors order from a Regional Distributor (salon store), products are delivered by the Regional Distributor. Goods can be shipped to the Regional Distributor via express, with the purchaser prepaying the shipping fee.

3. Shipping Time: Orders submitted before 16:00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched before 16:00 the next day; orders after 16:00 will be dispatched before 16:00 the day after (orders placed after 16:00 on Friday and during weekends will be dispatched on Tuesday). Exceptions apply during peak periods at the start and end of the month.

4. Inquiry Process: After shipment, details including dispatch time, quantity, item names, recipient, address, and tracking number are available. In case of delays, SUNHOPE will inquire with the courier service provider and inform the recipient. Contact: SUNHOPE Customer Service Center, Tel: 022—83719600.

5. Shipping Guarantee: All products shipped by SUNHOPE undergo multiple manual counts and weight checks before packing. Recipients should carefully inspect the outer packaging for any damage before signing for receipt. Check the total weight of the package before opening it. Any discrepancies must be reported to SUNHOPE's Customer Service within the first working day after receipt. Once signed for, no compensation claims will be accepted.

6. Possible Issues Encountered by SUNHOPE upon Receiving Orders: Temporary stockouts—goods will be sent out via express once available, with SUNHOPE covering the costs.


III. Payment

1. Currency: All SUNHOPE products are priced in RMB, and only RMB payments are accepted.

2. Payment Methods:

o 2.1 Payment for Store Purchases: Direct payment at the store.

o 2.2 Payment for Company Purchases: Payments can be made directly on the SUNHOPE online shopping platform or at the company's front desk.


IV. Invoice

To issue an invoice for purchases, provide the following information:

· Electronic Invoice: Specific code, name, detailed product information (actual order content);

· VAT Special Invoice: Specific code, name, detailed product information (actual order content), copy of ID card, company name, address, taxpayer identification number, account number, phone number, and bank name.


V. Inquiry Services

SUNHOPE provides inquiries about SUNHOPE business, operations, products, corporate news, etc., through the following methods:

VI. Preferred Customer Discount Disbursement Method

  1.  Disbursement Date: Monthly discounts earned by Preferred Customers for the previous month will be disbursed on the 15th of each month. The actual receipt date may vary depending on bank processing times.


   2. Payment Method:
Preferred Customers may choose to provide SUNHOPE with the account details of a debit card issued by any of 12 designated banks, including Bank of Communications (Personal Pacific Card), Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Personal Peony Card), or Agricultural Bank of China (Personal Golden Ear Card).


  3. Incomplete Bank Account Information:
If a member’s bank account information is incomplete or invalid, it will be deemed that the member consents to temporarily retain the discount amount with SUNHOPE without interest accrual.


  4. Computer Data Entry Fee Schedule:

   · Discount ≤ RMB 50: Computer accounting fee = 1% of the discount amount

   · RMB 50 < Discount ≤ RMB 600: Computer accounting fee = RMB 5

   · RMB 600 < Discount ≤ RMB 1,000: Computer accounting fee = RMB 10

   · RMB 1,000 < Discount ≤ RMB 2,000: Computer accounting fee = RMB 15

   · RMB 2,000 < Discount ≤ RMB 3,000: Computer accounting fee = RMB 20

   · RMB 3,000 < Discount ≤ RMB 4,000: Computer accounting fee = RMB 25

   · Discount > RMB 4,000: Computer accounting fee = RMB 30


  5. Tax Withholding:
SUNHOPE will uniformly handle tax withholding and remittance on behalf of members in accordance with applicable laws. Members are required to file their annual individual income tax reconciliation as stipulated by tax regulations. If a member fails to complete this filing by one month prior to the official annual tax reconciliation deadline, they agree to authorize SUNHOPE to file the annual individual income tax reconciliation on their behalf and accept full responsibility for any legal consequences arising therefrom.
