（四）Customer Purchase Protection
Shanghee not only provides consumers with high-quality, unique products, but also provides consumers with satisfactory service. We are convinced that every product we sell is of the highest quality in terms of both product quality and service quality.
In order to protect your complete satisfaction of the purchase, the ShangHer to provide a period of up to 30 days of return and exchange guarantee: Where the normal channels to buy ShangHer products customers, in the date of purchase within 30 days, the product is unopened, you can purchase invoices or purchase vouchers for replacement and return. Shanghee company in receiving the return of the attached documents and products within 7 days from the date of inspection, in accordance with the invoice or sales voucher marked price for the return of goods.
一、Documents attached: order form, purchase invoice or purchase voucher, copy of applicant's ID card and application for return or exchange.
二、Returns and exchanges
1、Within 30 days from the date of purchase of Shanghee products, if the product is unopened, the customer can apply for an exchange or return of the product with the original purchase invoice or sales voucher to the Shanghee Company and its branches, affiliated salons or special agents and distributors.
2、Shanghee and its branches, affiliated salons or special agents and distributors shall, within 7 days from the date of the customer's request for exchange or return, handle the exchange or return in accordance with the price indicated on the purchase invoice or sales voucher. The return amount can be remitted directly to the orderer's account through the bank. If this purchase has already been settled, it will be deducted with reference to the rules and regulations of each statute.

1、Processing of all of the above items will begin when all of the attached documents are available.
2、The applicant shall be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs arising from the return or exchange of the goods.
3、The return payment will be remitted to the original orderer's bank account within 15 to 30 days after the return procedures have been completed.
4、Product literature, corporate literature, video products, product spare parts and promotional items are non-returnable.
5、ShanghART reserves the right to accept or not to accept the processing and its interpretation.
6、Products, concessions, gifts, etc. purchased under the conditions of promotional activities and concessions recognized by Shanghee in compliance with the requirements of the Statute are non-returnable. If the company has other provisions for the products of the promotional and promotional activities that can be returned or exchanged, they must be returned to the company together with the gifts or concessions at the time of the return or exchange, or else the application for the return or exchange of the products will not be accepted by Shanghee.
Return and Exchange Process for Agents and Dealers
The authorized distributor should ensure that the company has made the above commitment to the customer's return and exchange. If this purchase has already been settled, it will be deducted with reference to the rules and regulations of each statute.
