5、Compliance with purchasing and selling regulations:
5.1 You may not order under the name of another member, nor may you transfer or lend your membership code to another person for use.
5.2 Clearly price, fair trade, uniformly according to the product price to carry out sales, shall not be charged any additional fees, and shall not have price cuts or disguised price cuts and other unfair competition behavior. 7、Comply with the business collateral material policy:

10、Shanghee members must use the company's uniform format business cards. If they print their own, they must comply with the content and style specified by the company.
11、Shanghee members are not allowed to hold any form of training meetings/activities on their own without the company's consent, and they are not allowed to borrow the name of other companies, organizations or groups to hold training/meetings/activities related to Shanghee's business/products.
12、Shanghé members shall not call themselves representatives of the staff of Shanghé or representatives of Shanghé. They shall not incur any debts, expenses, commitments, liabilities, transactions or sign any contracts in the name of or on behalf of the company.
