Job Objective: To provide professional and satisfactory services to customers externally with simplified workflow and fast work efficiency; internally to provide comprehensive and clear visualized information feedback to senior management. Timely grasp of all aspects of the company's information and business dynamics, to become a bridge of information communication between customers and the company.
customer service division
Provide information counseling, data inquiry and complaint acceptance services for all agents who call the company.
Processing of agent discount issuance and data verification;
Processing of agent's request for amendment of basic information;
Review and processing of various challenge award pickups.
Salon Services Department
The main job is to be in charge:
Shipping and reporting services for all health salons and agents;
Entry, statistics and management of information such as health salon and agent information and reporting data;
Accounting and management of health salon's daily purchases, reporting, accounts and inventory;
Promote the company's various activity programs to health salons in a timely manner, and provide enthusiastic consultation and information inquiry services to salon stores;
Management of all health salon contracting and renewal information.
Salon Management Department
The main job is to be in charge:
Integration, initial review and submission of information for health salon applications;
Front Desk Services
The main job is to be in charge:
Provide front desk ordering, reporting and courteous reception services to all visiting customers and guests;
Lead customers to visit the company's office area and explain in detail;
Provide agents with material information inquiry and system consulting services;
Provide consulting services to health salons and agents on after-sales maintenance and product usage;
Distribute or mail company journals and event coloring pages to health salons and agents in a timely manner.
