On October 17, 2021, Meng Fanmei, Sunhope's love ambassador, and more than 1200 Sunhope's love volunteers came to the opening ceremony of Shanghe Mengfanmei Primary School in Cao'an, Tianjia'an District, Huainan City, Anhui Province, to bring warmth and hope to the children here with love and action.
Flying red scarves, passionate dances, heavy cheques and plaques... Every ceremony and link is full of the temperature and depth of Sunhope's public welfare. This is the 217th Sunhope public welfare school that Sunhope has helped build nationwide and the fifth in Anhui Province.

At the unveiling ceremony, members of the volunteer team of Meng Fanmei, Sunhope's love ambassador, also made one-on-one pledges to 28 students. In addition, Meng Fanmei, Sunhope's love ambassador, and volunteer team partners jointly donated more than 42000 yuan of love funds for the school to further improve campus facilities, help children successfully complete their studies, grow up and become talents, and realize their dreams.
Books are the key to children's wisdom and the bridge to the world. In order to enable children to read more and read good books, Sunhope Public Welfare and Love Ambassador Meng Fanmei built a "Sunhope Book Pavilion" on campus for children who are eager for knowledge, and provided more than 2300 books for children.

All books are personally selected by the principal, covering various fields such as literature, culture, science, philosophy, history, geography, etc. I hope the establishment of the library pavilion can inspire children to study diligently, enrich themselves with learning, achieve success in life with knowledge, and repay society with actions.
Warm interaction&heartwarming home visits
Before the unveiling ceremony, Meng Fanmei, Sunhope's love ambassador, and the love volunteers came to a student's home with living materials. Because of a traffic accident on the way to school, her lower body was disabled due to spinal injury, but she did not drop out of school because of this. At a young age, she knew that reading was her only way out, and her performance was always among the best in the class. Meng Fanmei encourages students to have lofty aspirations, overcome difficulties with a positive and optimistic attitude, and embrace the future.
At the same time, Meng Fanmei, Sunhope's love ambassador, also walked into the classroom to have warm interaction with the children, and gave them candy and Sunhope's love stationery sets, hoping that the children can establish lofty ideals and beliefs, be a useful person, and repay the society in the future.
The childish smiling faces, the hearts longing for knowledge, and the warm feelings of lasting inheritance are the direction of Shanghe people's efforts to run, and the inexhaustible power of Sunhope's public welfare efforts. In 2014, Meng Fanmei became friends with Sunhope. That year, Sunhope Public Welfare Foundation was officially established. Since then, she has made a wish in her heart to make her own contribution to public welfare. Today, seven years later, with the opening of the school, Meng Fanmei helped build the first public welfare school named after her own name, reached her wish, and realized the promise she made to herself when she entered the cause of Sunhope.
A new identity is not only an honor, but also a heavy responsibility. With a love, Meng Fanmei sets foot on the road of public welfare.
