On September 8, 2017, the Cai Liying Sun Hope Primary School in Hulan District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, held its inauguration ceremony. This marked the 118th Sun Hope Public Welfare Primary School constructed by the Sun Hope Charity Foundation, and the third in Heilongjiang Province. Two hundred Sun Hope charity volunteers arrived, conveying the warmth and happiness characteristic of Sun Hope, alongside a charitable donation of 200,000 yuan, breathing new hope into the school.
